Payments for lighting products can be made via check, money order, PayPal / Major credit card.
Ingot tables are made to order, requiring a 50% deposit to begin fabrication. Final order balance due payable prior to shipment of order.

INGOT products are built to order. Fabrication lead time is generally four to twelve weeks for Lighting and eight to twelve weeks for Tables. Shipping transit times are in addition to fabrication time and vary by distance. Orders can sometimes be completed within a shorter lead time for an expediting fee on a case-by-case basis.
INGOT offers lifetime warranty for all residential furniture for the original owner of the piece. The warranty covers any defects that occur with the furniture structure or wood materials. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse of furniture, or repairs completed by third parties.

We honor return and exchange requests that are received within 14 days of delivery. Requests for returns or exchanges made more than 14 days from the delivery date will be honored at the sole discretion of Ingot Furnishings and, if accepted, will incur a restocking fee. The cost of delivery, crating and/or shipping will not be refunded. We will facilitate the return delivery or shipping as needed, and will deduct that cost from the price of the returned merchandise. We will not accept returns on custom variations to the items in our line.
Please contact Ingot Furnishings immediately if your furniture arrives damaged or defective. We will resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
Ingot Furnishings will accept cancellations on all standard products within seven days of the order date. After seven days, or for custom orders, we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and will charge for design/build time incurred or materials purchased for the job.
